Jeannie & Bill Goodman hosted the 2011 Thanksgiving dinner for her mother, Fern Ashcroft Merrill, and her brother, Tim and his wife, Sue and their daughter Alyssa Merrill. Visiting from Utah were Jeannie's sister Marilyn and her husband, Alex Bigney. They had with them their son, Alex and his wife, Melissa Bigney. Alex & Melissa also traveled with their three children, Alex, Noah and baby Bea. This was a Four-Generational Event!
I think this was the first Thanksgiving Jeannie and I had without any of our own children or grandchildren with us since 1965 when we were married. Here are the pictures I took of the festivities. The next day-Friday-we all went to Tim & Sue Merrill's home in Mesa to eat left-over Thanksgiving Dinner. It always tastes better the second day! I've written on each picture some details.
